Sean and his team at Innovative Renovation Services did a great job on all three projects at our house. Some were structural in nature and others were remodeling and beautification. They handled them all on time and on budget.

Great Company.from the Office Staff to the Construction team. The Owner was involved from start to finish. The team was very polite and cleaned up after each segment was complete. Attention to detail and the dedication to doing it right was their number one priority. All questions during the process was answered quickly and completely. For our next project I would not hesitate to use this Company again.

They redid a kitchen and bathroom in 2020. When we needed work done to prepare our house for resale it was an easy decision to hire then again. They provided quality work at fair prices. They were always adaptable and friendly to work with. Strongly recommend

We recently had our bathroom remodeled and could not be happier with the results! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and kept the work area clean each day. They paid close attention to detail, listened to our ideas, and offered helpful suggestions along the way. The finished bathroom looks beautiful, modern, and exactly how we envisioned it. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a stress-free remodeling experience
